Individual Bookings – 1 – 4 Rooms

0-7 days prior to arrival – 100%
8-14 days prior to arrival – 50%
15-30 days prior to arrival – 25%

The lodge must receive FULL payment 30 days prior to arrival or the booking will automatically be cancelled, or the guest will be requested to settle full payment on Rack Rate directly at the lodge.

Group Bookings and Block Bookings:

Should we be holding an unconfirmed group booking for you, and we have a confirmed booking for the same space, you will have 48 hours to confirm the block booking by paying a 25% non-refundable deposit – failing which the rooms will be sold to the confirmed request.

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival, such a cancellation will be acknowledged and confirmed. No cancellation fees.

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled more than 60 to 45 days prior to arrival, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire booking will be levied.

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation fee on the entire booking will be levied.

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee on the entire booking will be levied.

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled between 1 to 15 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee on the entire booking will be levied.
